What an entity is

A verified organization with a permanent identifier and a record of who formed it, who owns it, and the rules it runs on.

Name it

Choose a registrar and entity type, then pick a name. After an availability check, that name becomes your entity domain on the registry.

Record the people

Add partners, designate managers and signers, and define ownership so governance and approvals reflect who actually runs the venture.

Adopt the rules, then register

Select a constitution, review the summary, and submit for partner approval. Once approved, your entity is live on the registry.
